Prize Wheel Terms and Conditions

By participating, entrants are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Entries must comply with these conditions to be a winner.

1. Who can enter? 
Anyone over the age of 18 who stays at any hotel in Australia at anytime is eligible. We have prizes that include the purchase of alcohol so only guests over 18 can be a winner. 

2. How to enter?
Simply stay at a hotel and be rated at checkout or anytime during your stay by any staff member or associate of that hotel at www.guestrate.com.au through our rate guest form and receive a rating of 4 or 5 stars to instantly become eligible.

3. How many times can you enter?
One spin per stay per guest, so if you stay at 14 Australian hotels throughout a year over 20 nights you will be eligible to spin and win at Guestrate 14 times.

4. Prize details: 
$20 drink voucher that can be used at any participating company online or in store.
$20 food voucher that can be used at our participating company online. Pamper pack voucher that can be used at our participating company online or in store. 10% off voucher that can be used at our participating hotels online. 15% off voucher that can be used at out participating company online. 20% off voucher that can be used at our participating company online. Free Parking, drink and Breakfast winners will be connected by a Guestrate customer service representative who will be responsible for liaising with the participating hotel.  $300 voucher that can be used at our participating company online. These prize distributions will vary based on chance and the promoter accepts no responsibility for any variations in the value of the prize(s).

5. Notifications.
We will email the winner and ask for simple proof of their stay to avoid anyone rating themselves without staying at a hotel, followed by a winning email which will include a coupon code to can be used immediately from our partner organizations. Our $300 monthly prize winner or guest of the month will be notified by email with a coupon code for a hotel stay that can be taken off the total purchase price or otherwise up to the value of $300.

6. Disqualification: The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of any entry and to disqualify any entrant who forged, manipulated or tampered with the entry process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who does not provide all information requested on the entry form, where applicable. Participants are ineligible if they have not stayed at and been rated by the hotel before they spin our prize wheel.

7. Claiming prizes: Majority of our prizes will have no used by date and can be used immediately or at anytime the winner chooses relative to product or store availability and will be sent to an active email address.

8. Prizes: Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and may not be redeemed for cash. All prizes are accepted entirely at the risk of the winner, and the Promoter excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law. If the prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a similar item, subject to State regulation. The prize and/or any element of the prize must be taken as stated and cannot be varied. No compensation will be payable if the winner is unable to use their prize and/or any element of the prize as stated.

9. Variation/cancellation: Subject to state legislative requirements, the Promoter reserves the right to reasonably amend or vary these terms and conditions or cancel or suspend this promotion at its sole discretion at anytime throughout this Promotion.

Uber Eats: by using this gift card, you accept the following terms and conditions: This gift card will expire three years from the date of activation. Upon expiration, unused funds will not be refunded or credited. This card is redeemable via the Uber or Uber Eats app within Australia in cities where Uber or Uber Eats is available. 11. Hotel monthly prize: The prize can be spent on hotels and does not include fights, travel insurance, in-room services and unless specified otherwise any other travel related expenses. The winner must comply with the terms and conditions from our supplier found at https://terms.accor.com.au/giftcards

12. Liability and release: The Promoter is not responsible for defective prizes, lost or stolen prizes or misuse of any prize. All entrants release from, and indemnify the Promoter against, all liability, cost, loss or expense arising out of acceptance of any prize(s) or participation in this Promotion including (but not limited to) personal injury and damage to property and whether direct or consequential, foreseeable, due to some negligent act or omission or otherwise

13. Use of any information provided: We only ask for your email address and a proof of stay to enjoy our prizes and we only use this information to make sure you receive your prize and you wont then get 10 emails or texts per week for the next 10 years.
